The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 2. Refund Options: Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit can be used as a type of refund. Refund requests will be processed within two business days after receiving the returned items. 3. Re-Delivery Fee: A fee of approximately Rs. 200 will be charged for re-delivery to cover the courier costs for the two-way delivery. To avoid being charged a fee, the product must be returned in the same or better condition than it was shipped. The delivery person will exchange the new package for the old one. 4. Damaged Packages: If the package is plainly damaged or the flyer/box seal is broken at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment. 5. Non-Refundable Items: Refunds or exchanges are not possible for items that have been opened, used, and/or are not in the same condition as when they were received.
