Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please return the products and provide an explanation for the return. Returned products must be sent via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 2. Refund Options: Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit can be used as a type of refund. Refund requests will be processed within two business days after receiving the returned items. 3. Re-Delivery Fee: A fee of approximately Rs. 200 will be charged for re-delivery to cover the courier costs for the two-way delivery.
